Course Procedures

1. To participate in the course, the tuition fee must be paid by the deadline indicated on the invoice, which will be sent shortly after your registration confirmation. 

2. If you wish to cancel your participation, please inform me immediately. If you fail to notify me of your cancellation or cancel less than two business days before the course begins, or if the course has already started, the tuition fee will not be refunded.

3. If the course is canceled, registered participants will be notified immediately. The tuition fee will be refunded.

4. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you must inform me at least 48 hours in advance. If no notification is given within this time frame, the missed lesson will be considered used, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
